Richardson and Wrench South Sydney was established in mid 2003 by Mark Dawes, together with Greg McKinley and Andrew Hoggett, Principals of Richardson and Wrench Elizabeth Bay. In opening a second office Greg and Andrew announced they were very excited to have the opportunity to operate out of what is possibly Sydney's fastest growing residential region.

Richardson and Wrench South Sydney is led by Mark Dawes, who has extensive project marketing and property management experience in the south-eastern suburbs. The new office provides all the traditional services of a local agency, including sales, leasing, project marketing, property management, valuations and auctions. In addition, specialist referral advice, finance and investment planning are available in-house. Property transactions vary from the sale of small studio apartments to management of office and retail space through to high volume residential project marketing.
